SHAWN WALSH

Shawn came to the Okanagan with his family at a young age and Oyama quickly became his forever home. His father, an engineer & project manager for various global Ports & Bridges started a small construction company 40 years ago, which Shawn later took-over and renamed 'Jade Bay Constructors'.
He prides himself on being a hands-on business owner and can always be found on the jobsite working just as hard as the next guy. Shawn has aligned himself with great trades people and only works with reliable sources.
When asked what his interests are, he will always answer first with 'my job' ... followed then by hunting, fishing, hiking, etc!

CODY WALSH
DESIGN DIVISION - INTERIOR DESIGNER
Born and raised in the beautiful Okanagan, Cody grew up immersed in the construction industry. Having worked alongside his father, Shawn for over 10 years both on, and off site, he has developed a strong understanding of the field which directly translates into a functional, achievable design approach. While obtaining his Interior Design Diploma & Interior Decorating Certificate, Cody succeeded in expanding his creative ability while discovering and refining his design style.
The Okanagan summer is always calling Cody's name. He can be found enjoying the outdoors, spending time with his pup, family & friends.

LUKAS WALTER
DESIGN DIVISION - DRAFTER
New to the Okanagan Region, Lukas was born and raised in beautiful Muskoka “Cottage Country” in Northern Ontario. Growing up with a father who worked in Civil Engineering, Lukas was introduced to drafting using AutoCAD at an early age and picked up the knack for the art of construction. New to the Interior Design game, Lukas brings experience from working in the Civil Engineering Field, an encouraging work ethic, and a fresh mindset with adaptability & teamwork at the forefront.
The words adventure and Lukas go hand in hand, as he enjoys anything involving the outdoors, traveling with friends and family and the amazing Okanagan weather.
